Weighted Shift

How to watch your weight on night shift?
Can anyone give me suggestions on how to watch my weight and even lose a few pounds while working the night shift. All of the “plans” that I have seen have recommendations for day shift. I am actually both depending on the day. I work 3-4 days a week and I am off for the remainder.

I used to work nightshift and I ballooned. My recommendation is after work *I know its hard* go the gym. Also, prepare your meals at home and take them to work. Eat lots of salads, fruits, grilled meats. Low fat dressing will help too. Avoid snacks at all costs, and drink plenty of water when you are at work.
