Standard Interior

What are the industry standard rates for home staging?
I have been asked to stage a few houses a builder / contractor. I have experience in interior design through furniture sales business so my compensation has always been the sales commission. Spaces are vacant and someone else has ordered the upholstery and case goods accessories and lighting, supposedly, and carpets as well …. I charge a fee per hour? per square foot? fixed rate on your home? I have to include an assignment materials if there is enough light or if they forgot to bedding or a blanket or candles of the chandeliers?
OK depending on where you are in the country, and what your neighborhood in. You can do several things. If they are with all the furniture that can not even perceive a charge on that, you can put a contingency in the contract that if all the materials supplied by the other party are not on the site, you may charge a fee for that day it is not. I would not do an hourly rate, I would not per square foot or flat rate for the home. Say if the house is 1800 square feet and two floors in an area well and must be sold ASAP! You should also only takes 4-5 days for phase I charge about $ 2,000. If you're new and want a break, and you do not have a certification in home staging then probably only $ 500 – $ 800. I hope you find it useful!
