How I can take a pokemon red Tauri?! : (?

I have tried safari zone on many occasions we see only once! and I've tried running of the steps in the second zone is accessible (to my knowledge, in which they appear) and then fly to cinnabar and surf up and down the right side, but evail … the unique event are rare and scythers kangaskhans. Please help me! (PS this Pokemon Fire Red is not red) THANKS! A lol yeah i know its old:) but everyone i 'red fire until it is delivered so i can start playing a game a little new to my DS (Mario Kart comes after a time)

holy crap, that's old as hell. I remember back in the day playing this, and the only difference between red and blue is red rare pokemon are common in blue, and vice versa. It's a good chance very Tauri which is extremely rare in red and blue together.
