help i recently traded in my 05 dodge truck for 08.they dealership hasn’t paid for my trade in,its been 3 mths?

ON JULY 14,08, I WENT TO SHELBY & MURPHY DODGE IN SAN FERNANDO CA, AND TRADED IN MY 2005 DODGE RAM FOR A 2008 DODGE RAM. THEY SAID THEY WOULD “PAY OFF”MY TRADE IN. WELL ITS NOW ALMOST OCT, AND THE CREDITORS ARE CALLING ME REGARDING THE PAYMENT ON THE 2005 TRUCK. THE DEALER SOLD IT ALREADY. I HAVE TRIED AND EVEN WENT IN THERE PERSONALLY AND THE “OWNER” SEAN SAID THAT THEY HAD ALREADY SENT THE PAYMENT,WHICH IS B.S.. HELP.

Contact the District Attorney. They will force them to pay. And you are saving someone else from having the same trouble tomorrow. A local dealership just closed, they were out of money and stalling for time..
