Rocker Molding
Roadside assistance damaged my car, what can I do?
A roadside assiatance company came to fix a flat tire on my car and damaged the molding/rocker on my car by improper placement of a heavy duty jack. I have the estimates, pictures, and even wrote the damage on the receipt in which the employee signed, and the company keeps giving me the run around and won’t fix my car. This was in July. What can I do? The company has no web site based in DC, and no one there will give me a number other than a managers cell phone number. I just want my car fixed!!
you must have gotten something in writting from the road assistance company. I’d file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and/or call the State Attorny’s Office.
