Injectors Regulator

Is it possible to put a performance fuel line regulator on a 95 astro.?

She’s sending to much gas to the injectors.
I’ve taken the car to a repair shop and they said it’s the gas regulator. I want to know if I can reduce the gas intake.

Anything is possible. I would take it to a reputable repair facility and have it diagnosed and then have the culprit repaired.
