What do I need to transfer my 94 Ford Explorer Electric 4wd to manual?

I have a 94 Ford Explorer and when I go off-roading my electronic 4wd doesnt always lock in, and I would like to change it to a manual 4wd. I know I need to get new hubs but is there anything else I need to convert it?
and what is the website to find parts

you need hubs and a conversion kit… you can get everything from warren for about 300$
