Door Weatherstripping

On a 15 yr old metal garage door how do I remove the glass. Its held in by stiff weatherstripping?

I want to replace the existing glass. The weatherstripping is old and stiff. Do you carefully pull the weatherstripping to the inside or outside?

If you want to replace the old glass with new, you could just break the old glass. It should be obvious then how the weather strip comes out.
