Deep Dish

Is my 9 inches across, 1-1/2 inches deep pie plate a deep dish pie plate?

I ask because almost all of my pie plates are 8 or 9 inches across and only 1 inch deep…this is the only pie plate I have that’s deeper than that.

I would agree that a 1″ deep pie plate is the “standard” size while 1.5″ deep or deeper is “deep dish”.
