Car Flips, Van Falls on the side of I-680 Accident A two car accident on I-680 in Youngstown Friday was more serious than it ended up being. Witnesses said a sedan collided with a van in the southbound lanes, causing the car to flip in the air and land on the roof. The truck ended up in his side.
