truck grills question / steps?

I have a lift in my truck 16 inch and 44 inch tires. in other words, the bottom next door to my elbow. I'm only like 5'7 and i grab ahold of my seat and the door frame of the vehicle or to enter it while I'm pushing the wheel front. which is not really as difficult as it may sound, but my girlfriend is also lower than me. I do not really want to show people i have steps however. I have heard and perhaps seen as a ladder or a short chain of a truck hidden in the truck. like opening the door a ladder folds down 2-4 to help to enter and leave the truck?? Anyone know where I can find this I've been looking for about 2 hours of his sentence, always declined to give details

honestly u hav going to make ur own …. fabulous sum shops that make them, but because it will hav custom abu will pay for it $ $ $ u make ur own gig with short pipe ….. that wud b my suggestion or steps have been hidden in the rear doors of the new trucks?? use the same principle, except slide under the seat …. u bolo do outside truck, but wud have more work to do hidden …..
